Ok so it's now another 3 days and still no better off than i when i first reported this issue, i was told 3 days ago that it will be passed on to the lead developer, has it? Would this issue resolve itself if i done a complete new install after uninstalling PT3? because i am willing to do that rather than lose so much money each day by waiting for a response that i really do not think is coming anyway. I understand support is very busy but the fact of the matter is we should not pay for a service that we don't actually get.

Thank you for your quick reply, yes i tried all of those as you suggested, i have also installed an extra 2gig of memory and have 20mg broadband and it is not any better, it becomes so laggy when i open up any more than 4 tables on poker stars. As soon as i close PT3 then everthing is back to normal i can play as many tables as i want with no issues, it's just that i have become so accustomed to my stats that i need them when multitabling.

I'm really sorry for the delay, but you probably won't get an individual response to each ticket if it's a general problem like this, as there will be a lot of tickets about the same kind of thing.
Please be assured that the developers are working on this, and a fix will be out as soon as possible.

After upgrading to Beta 17 the Money won and (Showdown and Non-Showdown) graphs don't show correctly. For example the Money won graph starts from -$2,580. The BB Won graph starts normally from zero.

Also, now Norman reported a trojan when trying to launch PT. I had to downgrade to build 2, but still the problem mentioned persists.

Thank you for the advice. I hit "CLEAR" in the filters window and everything is back to normal.

Man, 4 days to figure this simple fix out.

If you have no data, but your HUD is working, this is the fix.

Is your 'money won' correct in the normal reports? We've seen a few cases of an odd tournament hand importing as cash, which can obviously throw your results out.

We get these false-positives from time to time. You can send the installer to your AV provider to get their definitions updated, or tell your AV to allow it to run. If you downloaded PT3 from this site, there is no virus in it.

'Money won' is correct under the other tabs except from 'vs Player' I found five hands dated 1970/01/0103:59 that throw the balance off. Is there a way to get rid of these?

Not yet, but Selective Purge will be added soon and then you'll be able to get rid of them. This issue is being investigated.
