crashing bug/problem with PT3 v3b17

I believe this problem actually arose with v3b16, and has only become a more frequent occurrence with the new version.

I typically play 4-9 tables at any given time and PT has begun crashing in Windows Vista. Previously I never had any problems with PT3 working with Vista. When this problem occurs the following take place:

1) FTP and/or Stars tables freeze
2) Vista displays a PT3 crash error
3) Task Manager is used to shut down PT3 (which is frozen), as well as FTP/Stars tables
4) PT3 shuts down then PT3 hud/overlays appear in task manager, also frozen.
5) Task Manager is used to shut down PT3 overlays.

Personally this crashing bug has been occuring every hour or two, for as long as I play. I have not figured out any one particular thing that triggers this effect, but it has cost me hundreds of $s, so any sort of remedy for this problem is greatly appreciated!

Please enable logging, and next time you get the problem submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Note the time the problem occurs.

got around to playing a bit this morning and had the same problem. I have submitted the requested info to support .

I am running Vista and when I get moved to a new tournament table Pokerstars freezes and Poker tracker freezes. When I use task manger to kill Pokerstars and Pokertracker the HUD leaves a black table image along with the stats on the screen. This happens every time I am moved to a new table.

I have tried several times to submit the problem with logs to support but I get:
