Partypoker freezes with tracker

Hi,

since yesterday partypoker freezes as soon as I start the hud for pt3.
A friend of mine has the same problem since yesterday with holdemmanager.

Party is too stupid to know why this happens, so I want to ask you if you might know what the problem could be.
I never had any problems before, and there havent been any update for pt3 or pp yesterday.

What version of PT3 are you using?
Is this a consistant problem?

I am using v3.00 beta 17.

It started yesterday, today it crashes after 1 minute, everytime I open tables and HUD is running.
I just played a two hour session without pt3 and it worked, no freezes, nothing.
It has to be noted that the hud also freezes after the tables freeze.

I restarted party several times today, every time the same problem again. Also rebooted the pc.
I havent installed any new software except for Winamp (which I also closed, to test it).

If you're not playing at pokerstars, you can use Beta 16 instead - beta 17 was released a little early due to the pokerstars update.

Hi,

I installed the old version. I also switched off the usercontrolrights for vista.
At first everything was ok, but yesterday I had two freezes in a row. What I noticed is that it is definetly the HUD of pt3. I killed the hud process and party was working normal after that.

It is really frustrating because I lost alot of money because of that (I always had sets when it freezed).

Can you please check this and give me advices or release a patch?

I've been playing at Party and not had any problems - Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

It happened after about two hours yesterday, and it doesnt happen every day. You dont want me to play only one table for some days now, do you?
I will see what I can do.

LOL, no - of course.
Enable logging, and next time you get the problem, take a copy of the log files before you restart PT3.
