Session Tab - Start Time & End Time

Postby 4everYOU » Sun Sep 21, 2008 1:37 pm

In the session tab I can see all the tables played, but the start time and end time are never correct.

Is that normal ? Hon can i fix that ?

I play on Mansion poker

Thank you

PT3 should be converting the time of the session to your local time when you actually played the session.
If it's not doing that, please attach a hand history file for a session to a ticket on the Support system and tell us what time you actually played the session, local time, and what time zone you are in, and your poker site is in.

Just discovered that the problem is only with the sessions tab that shows tables with wrong star and end time.

Infact, in the winnings tab there is not 22th sept yet.

What i have to do ?

Should I send the last hand history processed by PT3 ? And what else ? I know my time zone ( I live in Italy ) but i do not the time zone of mansion poker ( i use the english version of the client)

thank you

Yes, the last hand history file is fine.
Isn't the time shown on the mansion poker lobby window?
Just tell us what time zone you are in, and what time it is for you and for the poker site.
