some troubles with setting aliases

i'm trying to setting up an alias but I get this error "You cannont alias a screen name that as played tournaments agains the player"
I'm pretty sure i never played at the same table/tournament with both screen names!
Before using PT3, the 2 screen names were aliases, could be a problem?

What do you mean by this?

Have a look at the "vs Player" tab and see if you can find any hands played between the 2 players.

There are no hands both in cash and tournaments played between the 2 names

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I had the same Problem. Is there a fix now?

If you hadn't played with the other player it should be working in Beta 23; if there is a tournament that PT3 thinks you both played in you can purge that tournament in Beta 23 and then the alias will work properly, also.
