The second "trust" line is commented out, try removing the # at the start of the line.

you mean like so:

host all all ::1/128 trust

did not work.
I dont expect you personally to be here 24/7, but its been 24h since my problem started and it hasnt been resolved.
obviously Im not a patient guy, but im trying=)
would REALLY appreciate if I could get this fixed in the next hour.. now that you are here?

so the issue is fixed now, my friend came over and waved his hacker-wand over my computer and now it works, no need to rush to reply .. :F

What was the issue?
