Hero stats missing in HUD

Make sure that your Group is either set to 'show on table for hero only' or 'show on table for everyone' (on the Groups tab of the hud config window. You need to avoid using RFI in Beta 17 as there is a problem with it, which is fixed for the next release.

I've setup everything the way it should be. What's RFI? Unfortunately I don't know what the abbreviation stands for.

Sorry, RFI = Raise First In (but it's called RFI in the list..)

If you still can't get it to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Both of these issues should be fixed in Beta 18.

The problem is still persistent with build 3. I just opened a new ticket.

Both of these issues should be fixed in Beta 18.

My problem (no hero stats for Pokerstars player id which is an alias of the original Partypoker player id) persists with both beta 18 and build 3.

There can be problems with aliases which were created in older versions, so please try removing the alias and re-creating it in Build 3.
