pull your heads out of your ass and fire your staff

What the hell are you doing with pokertracker? This is possibly the biggest upset to my life. I rely solely on my poker income and i make a quarter mill a year. You guys have probably cost me 10 k due to your shitty glitching......... not to mention the headaches with setup and lack of available info due to ace hud failures......... and now i get this message please restart poker tracker cause pokerstars is not going to register hands for 30 minutes.......... How do i fix this? WHY THE FUCK DONT THE STATS WORK? PULL YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES AND FIRE YOUR STAFF. That was my favorite forum post i have seen. Please respont promptly or i am switching to holdem manager and encouraging everyone in the poker world to switch as well. YOU SUCK

This only refers to OBSERVED hands - pokerstars do not allow datamining but they have compromised and allow trackers to import up to 30 observed hands per session for table selection purposes.
This does not affect PLAYED hands - ALL your PLAYED hands can be imported for the whole session.

Ummm, I don't feel quite as strongly, but this may be an OK spot to park a gripe.

The PStars 30 minute cutoff solution is a bad problem. I understand PS's limits, but I'm having a training session where I'm playing my table and watching my coach's table and PT3 stops tracking completely, needing to be restarted! And after that incedent PT3 gets unstable. So I can't watch other tables on Stars without grabbing hands? Yuck.

Addtionally, TableTracker trial was really cool, but the pricing is questionable. Essentially, as a US player, I'm only using this on FTP and Pstars because I can't play on other platforms. Right now, I'm thinking it'd be less $ and richer info to use a "illegal" centralized database to pick tables and then turn it off and then play the tables using PT3. Table Tracker is clever and well conceived, and I understand you are looking for subscription income, but maybe it's wiser to lower prices until bugs are worked out, platform choices increase, and customers become addicted to your product. I dunno yet -- I've been appreciative of your products as a whole and your efforts, but free TT may have convinced me to try some other products before I signup for pay TT.

The 30 hands thing ONLY APPLIES TO OBSERVED TABLES. All your played hands will continue to import.
Pokerstars does not allow datamining, so the 30 observed hands is a concession for table selection.

maybe something else was going on, but twice I experiences my HUD stop updating hands after the 30hands/reboot warning, indicating to me that my hands were no longer importing.

You need to have Pokerstars configured to write hand history files.
