registration code error

I cant get PA Hud to work....trial version....laest rev...still have 30 days as I have never got it to get past this error:

I get a pop up that says " SQL Connection Exception: Failed to connect to datasource: [Micorsoft Access Driver] Too many client tasks."

I have rebooted, and PT2 works with full functionality and I am able to open and any database in my PT2 system.

This is a completely different issue, so you could have started another thread..
However, I've replied to your ticket so let's sort it out there.

I have read the forums and I see there are LOTS of issues with this product....some of the comments by Whiterider are in the vein of -

"Why are you still using PT2 and PA Hud, why arent you using PT3? ".....

You've mis-quoted me there - I didn't say that; I asked if there was a reason why people weren't trying the free trial of PT3.
I realise this is very similar, but I didn't suggest that you SHOULD be using PT3, I was just enquiring why..

Well because I already am familiar with PT2, PA HUD DOESNT WORK WITH PT3, and I have already PAID for PT2. If PT2 and PA Hud are not going to be supported and dont work, then they should just be taken off the market. I dont think that is the case though, becasue I see that if you purchase PT3 you get a free PT2 and PA HUD.

Fair enough.
Once all the PT2 functionality and sites have been added to PT3 then support for PT2 and PAH will be phased out.

Hi! I'm also having the same problem.. i used pokerace hud for 3 months and now that message appears.. It's the second day i try and nothing.. it says that it needs connection to the internet.. i've already disabled my firewall too.. I'm really getting mad.. please anwser as faster as possible!

We haven't heard of this being an issue recently.
If it's saying it needs connection to the internet, then your firewall is the most likely culprit.
Are you using Vista? Are you running PAH as Administrator?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Meanwhile, I'll see if I can get someone else to take a look at this thread, and see if they have any suggestions.

This problem appear to me too today, when i opened the program a window appear saying that my trial version expired and that i needed to put a registration code, ok i did it with my code, but now says that the code is wrong. I made all the possible way, please i need to play. I sended a message to support too. Waiting for answer.

The registration server is currently down. We are working on getting it repaired and it should be back up shortly. Once the registration server is back up your PAHUD registration codes will start working again normally.
