weird errors while importing

Not sure if this is standard or what, but I keep getting these errors like these while importing:
2008/10/18 22:23:35: Full Tilt: Warning: Encountered cancelled hand history. (Hand #8502195210)
2008/10/18 22:23:35: Full Tilt: Warning: Unrecognized game type: Pot Limit Omaha Hi
2008/10/18 22:23:41: Full Tilt: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #8486259023 (Hand #8486259023)

also I have like 22k duplicates, and the PLO error keeps coming up even tho no PLO tables are up

Make sure you have the 'moved processed files to' option checked on the auto import tab, and then (with Full Tilt closed) run auto import until all the counts stop increasing, then stop it - this will move all the processed files.
Then open the full tilt HandHistory folder and move any old hand history files away from here (check the <player> subfolder too).

Ok I see what I've done here.. I've put FTP HH's into PT3/processed aswell... I imagine I can't just delete everything in here?

Once the hands have been imported into PT3 (as long as you have the 'store hand history text' option checked) you don't *need* to keep the processed hand history files, but they will zip up very small so you should really keep them as a backup. Make sure that the 'processed' folder is not a subfolder of any of your hand history folders - it must be completely separate.

ok koO, thx for help. I'm having serious issues with HUD now, it's importing fine but HUD suddenly stops working mid session...

What exactly do you mean? Do the stats all disappear, or stop updating, or ... ?
Are the hands still importing OK?
Do you still see the PT-icon on the table?
Check your filters on the HUD Options tab too, make sure they're not preventing stats updating.

Looks as if HUD crashed sort of. Suddenly stats stopped updating, I couldn't click the PT3 icon on the 1 of 4 tables there were stats.. After a restart of FTP and PT3 it seems to be working fine again, have no clue why it suddenly crashed tho.

If you can reproduce this, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
