PT3 HUD pops up Everest tables

Postby Stardust2k7 » Sat Oct 18, 2008 9:11 am

Hi,

im not sure if this Topic already exists, i couldnt find it by using the search function.

My Problem is, that as soon as i start PT3 HUD the Everest Tables start to pop infront as soon as an action is required.

I have switched off that function in the Everest Software and it works fine as long as PT3 HUD is not running. As soon as i start the HUD, the tables start to popup again...
This makes Multitabling with stats nearly impossible.

Is there a solution for this?

Thanks in advance.

What version of PT3 are you using?
Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PT3 and Everest as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.

is this meant for Windows Vista? Or also for XP Pro.?

I will try that later on and post feedback here.
I also know another Person having this problem. Unsure of the System he is using tho.

The Run As Administrator thing is normally a Vista issue, but I'm sure I've heard about it on some XP systems too - see if you have the option.
I have raised this issue with the developers.

Ok, i have tested it (right click --> run as... --> Administrator) (Administratoir didn work. i could only select my username in this Computer (which IS Admin actually).
And the problem still occurs.

I also enabled logging and could send you the logfiles if needed.
Just tell me where to find them again and which ones u need.

A fast solution for this would be much appreciated.

Thanks alot...

c:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log
c:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHUD.log

Create a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Thanks.

I don't have an ETA for a fix, I'm afraid - the issue will be investigated by our development team, but I doubt that it is a quick fix.
