PA HUD.... license server down?

What's the curent status on this issue? It's been down approximately 8 hours during prime-time for cash games and you can't even give us an update or an ETA? Are you actively working on this now?

Last post I saw was "we expect it up soon" over 6 hours ago. If I'd have know this was going to be down this long I would have went out and enjoyed my Saturday night instead of waiting. Problems happen, but you need to communicate to your customers way better than this.

Is PT3 employing this same registration verification strategy?

Maybe you can effectively play 16+ tables w/out HUD. If so, congratulations. I can't. That's why I paid for the software that currently isn't working... by the developers design no less.

Still no solution?? IT IS SO EASY:

If you can´t hold now a registration server up, then you MUST release a free registration version of PAH .
PAH doesn´t USES registration server to run, only for avoid piracy. And we paid for the software.

Send us the free version to our email.

Please.... do you have an ETA on when this problem is solved, days/weeks

Sorry about the inconvenience everyone - we are in the process of moving things across to the new servers as they will be much more stable.

Actually- people are entitled to have a product that they pay for work. some might have come across a little high and mighty, but there have been a few problems in last 6 months or so where the server went down.

And other posters are correct that many/most licensing schemes for perpetual licenses don't go checking servers all the time.

I'm not dumping the product, but it appears that the methodology is having it's problems....that is a fair statement

The registration server has been running fine since these last posts. Are you still not able to connect?
I'm not sure whether the move to the new servers has been done yet.
