Pokerstars SnG's shows 10 players

why does PT3 think there are 10 players in the results from my sng's? there should only be 9 and its a pain to go back through and change every result, what can I do to fix this?

Are you requesting and importing the tournament summaries sent from Stars?

yes I auto import and then get the summaries emailed and manually import those

And I assume the summary files have the correct information, do they?

Please send us one of these summaries and the associated hand history file (zip them first; right click and Send To Compressed Folder) via the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I'll see if i can figure out out to do that. It seems it only happened when I manually imported the summaries and today i just inserted the summaries into the HH folder in the pokerstars folder and everything imported correctly.

Am I missing something here. When I'm done with my sng's I go to (Tournamente/Enter Results) and use the Auto Fill feature.
All my HH's are there along with results.

Yes, that works, but you can also request your tournament summaries from PokerStars, and import them.
