Possible Stat problem in beta 19

In Beta 19, the stat "Fold BB to SB Steal" shows up as "Unknown token encountered: cnt_p_BB_fold_to_SB." I think this is one of the new available stats. I was wondering if I'm the only one having this problem, and also how to fix it so it works?

Yes, that's one of the new stats.
Where do you see that error?
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

On the tables in the Stat box, or if I try to add it to the pop up box, it shows that error. I tried to do that enable logging thing, but nothing showed up in my hud. No stats for anything, so hopefully this can be fixed somehow.

Hi,
just as an additional information for you:
I have quite the same problem. The (only) stat in my HUD Popup which shows "unknown token encountered..." is RAISE RIVER BET. But it is only in the Tournament HUD (Everest) and it just appears at a few players.

Not that big deal for me, but maybe it helps you

Is this a Custom Stat that you built yourself? I can't see it in the Repository..
Or do you mean "Raise River"?

Is there just a way you can help me to fix this, without that enable logging stuff, because it doesn't work or at least I can't get it to, nothing appears in my hud when that is on. And its very frustrating that I try to make a ticket for this, then the support tells me the same thing, is that just some default reply, enable logging!!! Sorry, not trying to be difficult but this is getting to be annoying. Plus, when is the time-line going to be updated?

We can't fix it if we don't know what's wrong - the stat works for me. If we can't replicate it, we need to see what is happening on your computer, and the only way we can do this is with your log file.
If there is a problem when logging is enabled, then this will show up in the log, so please send it to us.

I sent the log to support, I hope I did it right. Is there a way I can put an image of what the problem looks like in here?

You can zip and attach an image to your ticket, but if you want to add it in a post here you need to host it online somewhere else and link to it.
