When I click on OPEN TABLE, nothing happens

What site?
What version of PT3?
Make sure that the table you're trying to open isn't hidden by filters in the poker site's lobby.

Are you using Vista? Is everything running as Administrator?

Make sure that you don't have that table filtered out in your list of tables in the poker site's software and (obv) make sure you have your poker site's software running at that time.

It's Pokerstars and it's running.
No filters set.
PT3 is version 3.00 build 3.

Find a table that you can see in both TT and Stars lobby, and try that one.
I've just tried it and it worked.
Are you using Vista? Are you running everything as Administrator?

I tried it and it still doesn't work at all.
I us e Vista and I run as admin.

OK, I assume you were able to open the same table directly in the pokerstars lobby?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

You're quite right - thanks for the reminder.
You will need to update to Beta 19 for this to work.

I'm running Beta 19 on Windows Vista SP1, having same problem. No filters, I can see the table on Pokerstars lobby. Already submitted a support ticket with log.
