Sorry - I missed this post; there is an occasional problem with registrations in Beta 19.
Please see this post: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=13444&view=unread#p63337

You could try disabling your firewall temporarily while you register; and if you're on Vista, make sure you are running PT3 as Administrator; but other than that you will have to revert to Build 3 for now.

but then I can't use table tracker anymore

No, I realise you can't use the table opening feature at Stars in Build 3, but both issues will be fixed for the next release.
