PostgreSQL not working for me either

Hi all

I'm having the same problem as everyone else regarding PostgreSQL. I get the message

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Now, trying to fix this problem I uninstalled PostgreSQL and tried downloading a new PostgreSQL from http://www.postgresql.org/download/windows

however, as I was installing it, I was asked for a password which I do not know. I've never put in a password for the database and now pokertracker refuses to work for me. I'm not using the trial version. I've already bought the full version and it has worked for me since I first bought it which was pretty much when pokertracker 3 came out for sale to the public and have never had any problem with it since. Until now of course.

Please help

If you've re-installed you will have to set up a password.
