Im having problems with saving the layout. When I start a new game I put the Hud numbers for each player and then I click on "Save layout" but when I open another table the numbers for each player are not where I saved them before

What exactly is the problem? Are the stats appearing by the wrong players on your new tables?
Are you using preferred seating / auto center?
What site are you playing at?

Im playing at FullTilt and Auto Center is on (which I believe is to put me always at bottom of the table..). The problem is that the numbers for each player arent saved where I put them on a table. When I open new tables they do not appear as when I saved them

Are you Vista? Are you running it as Administrator?
When you save the layout, does the layouts file update?

So on your new tables; are the stat groups in the wrong places, or the right places but for the wrong players?
If you turn off auto center, do they appear over the correct players?

when I do save a layout is for a certain type of table and site. So if I save a layout on a cash HU table at FullTilt, only the HU cash tables at FullTilt will have that layout?

The location of the stats will be saved just for that type of table. Other types of tables will need their stats repositioned once as well. If you want to have different stats entirely showing up, you'll need to use Beta 25 and you can change the HUD layout via the PT Icon in that version, though for the moment you need to do it each time you sit down at a new table where you want a layout other than the default to be used.
