HUD stats don't refresh

I'm having problems with the HUD. My stats refresh after every single hand, but the other player's stats don't. The HUD just shows the stats of the very first hand played, but never refreshs ...

I just upgraded from pt2 and am having the same issue. If I click the pt3 icon on the table i'm playing and hit refresh it will bring my opponents stats up to date but will not refresh them again unless I repeat the process. Would be nice to get this fixed asap.

This is an issue in Beta 21 which seems to be fixed by rebuilding the cache.
Please try that and let us know whether it works for you.

Nevermind... you mean postgres cache rebuild... doing it now.

the cache solution does not fix the issue in beta 21. i'm still having the same problem. even shut down pokertracker after the cache rebuild and reloaded it. my stats update fine... my opponents... always stuck at a low number of imported hands and never moves.

to fix the problem, i stop the hud, then start the hud and it updates for that one time only.

I should also point out that there are several posts with this exact problem, though not in their own threads on the forums which can cause some confusion. i've seen several instances of different poker sites being used when the problem is reported.

just to clarify:

hands are being imported fine.
our stats are being updated on the HUD.
our opponents stats are not being updated on the HUD.

cache rebuild doesn't help, dowwngrade to beta 20 does not help...

For the record: I'm also seeing this for beta 20!

(I installed beta21 some days ago and downgraded to beta20, due to other problems)

I find that pressing 'reset' on the HUD (PT icon), updates the other players stats (though this quickly gets tedious! )

Ohh.. and I see this on Stars.
