Is there a time frame on when beta 22 will be out and will it definitely fix the problems listed above? There are a few features missing in beta 17 + it likes to crash randomly (usually 2-3 times in a 4 hour session, no errors... the app just instantly closes). I'm kind of tempted to go back to the PTv2+PEV+PAHUD+Poker Grapher combo that I was using well before PTv3 was even announced.
dace wrote:Sorry for bad english. Issue that HUD isn't refreshing depends on database for me. And i guess it depends on which tab was active when i start PT3. If it starts with open "Texas Holdem" and calculating stats first, this issue will occur much faster, just about 3-5 hands showing. This issue never appears with my main db (made using build 3) until PT3 crash while this db active - above 10k hands was played, 4-6 tables at one time and HUD works good until PT hangs while this db was active. While it works good, db size was about 700k hands, so i don't think this depends on size. Maybe it depends on how often you close and open new tables and how many HH files is in importing directory. When play on 14-16 tables, this happens everytime. If you stop import, PT hangs and can be killed only with prog manager. If you try to close it by 'x' button at holdem tab, same hang. If you try to close it by 'x' while import tab opened, it looks like hanged, but push 'Stop Import' button, and it will be closed. One fact is interesting - when PT hangs, it won't respond on mouse or keyboard events, but still import hands correctly and fast enough. AMD 5200, XP Pro, built-in firewall, PgSQL 8.0, 4Gb RAM, NOD32 antivirus. Unfortunately, i destroyed bases that have this effect, upgraded PgSQL to 8.3 and plan to play small amount of tables in the beginning of december, but if this issue will occur, i'll send log file to PT team.
