Own Stats not importing

Hi There,

Been creating new stats and reconfiguring the HUD and so on. No problems there. What I did do to test it is back-up my hands and purge most hands so each time I update the cash I dont have to wait to long.

So far so good. Stats and HUD working fine so I played a few sng's to make sure it all works. All running fine. Now I re-iported my hands and my own stats are gone for Full Tillt. The PS stats are all there. Even the sng I just played (and won ) shows all the other players but not me.

I manually re-iported the file as it was sitting in the processed folder to no avail.

Any suggetsions?

Did you make sure to create a Hero Stats group to display hero statistics?

Are your stats available in the main PT3 program?

Thats the problem none of my stats are available in the main PT3 Program.

Try clicking "Clear" and/or "Refresh"? Clear will pull off any filters you may have set and refresh will get new data; if the data is in there on your opponents it really should be there for you as well.

Do you have a particularly odd screen name including any special characters?

Tried both, clear and refresh
Did the housekeeping but no success
Screenname is 8letter word no special carachters.

I can find the opponents from my last game and the hands they played but my hands are just not there.

One more interesting thing is that I actually can find my name when I go to the purge option, tournament tab and look at the latest tournament.

Do you have an alias set up for your two player IDs?
Maybe your Full Tilt hands are hidden in your Pokerstars player ID?
Or maybe the alias has somehow stopped the FT hands importing correctly.. Try removing the alias and import a few FT hands again, see if that helps?

No Luck,

Backed up, removed SQL and PT3 and re-installed all, re-imported and all is back to normal.
At least getting very efficient at backing up and re-installing
