I got 1 question to the player notes: What happens if if have notes in several DBs. Does PT3 "merge"?

It was said earlier in this thread that notes will be read from all databases but not duplicated.

HUD is messed up on iPoker (Carlos Poker) 6max with mini-view.

1. When I start a new 6 max table the stat boxes don't come up once players start sitting down.
2. I had two stats boxes with my name on the same table

note section is MUCH easier than sites note set up :D .....any way to remove the dates.
i understand why the date is there, but it's easy to date yourself other than every single entry, as I dont want the note section on each player open all the time.

thanks

Hud "Player Notes." Now it's easy to add and review notes that you add in PT3. In the Hud Stats Configuration, under the Stats -> Special tab, there is a new item labeled "Note Editor". Simply add this to your player group and on the Hud, PT3 will display a Notes icon. If the player has notes, the icon will be yellow. Simply hover it to show the player notes in a tooltip. If you wish to edit the notes, simply click on the icon.

This is awsome, been waiting for it.

Thanks guys

Thanks to those of you who have submitted hands to us, but we still need more. We need hands from the following sites:

  • B2B
  • Betfair
  • Bodog
  • Cryptologic
  • Microgaming Network
  • Pacific Poker
  • Tain Network
  • Tribeca
  • *Old* Ultimate Bet
  • World Poker Exchange
We need hand histories in all formats and both cash and tournament hands. For sites that use database files or single xml files or whatever, we need those as well as any datamining formats and PT2 exported formats. The more hand histories we get, the easier and faster it will be for us to get support added for the site. The sites above are not listed in the order we will be adding them. We have been going by http://pokerscout.com and adding the sites by size. We may continue to do this or we may skip around now that the unsupported sites are pretty similar in size. To submit your hand histories, please follow this link.

My hands are in another comp and I am too lazy to download and upload them again.

If you are interested about Prima hands (MicroGaming Network) - like ~33k datamined hands (file is about 177MB large)
http://arion.pri.ee/PT3/PrimaHands/GameHistory.dat

These are datamined cashgame hands - both $ and € tables, FR, 6max and I think even HU hands. Maybe some Hero played hands too, I am not sure. I hope it will help you to make prima support faster.

Hi,

Sorry for my bad english in advance. Its not my first language.

Some feedback about the player notes feature.

1. How can I jump like normally with the "Enter" Button to the next line, if i want to write longer notes. It always automatically saves and closes the window.

2. The Window is way too small. It would be great if it remembers the saved window size.

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT STAT IS STILL MISSING IN PT3 ! VPIP and PFR by Position !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the games get tuffer and tuffer, its really important to have stats by position! Its senseless adding 10 new sites, when the most important Informations are still missing.
Please let me know if this will be added in the next 2 or 3 months, because otherwise I will look for another software, because I can't afford not having these stats anymore.

f.e. How often is someone 3 betting from the Button or the Blinds. Or just simply raising from UTG? Thats really important and not a small side feature.
I wish this will be added soon, because its really not a competetive product to holdem manager, when you have less information at the tables than your opponents.

I hope you understand, that this shall not be rude. I just wanted to tell you my honest opinion about PT3 at this time and hope this will help to satisfy some more people who
are not yet satisfied with the status of the software.

Thanks
Soheil

I think Josh & Co. did a great job with this new feature. I don´t want to complain, but I guess many player see the same possible improvements at these features.

Playernotes

1. Do u really wanna save? dialog can be dropped

2. resizing should be stored

3. Sorting: made 3 notes chronologic, but the hover over list was: 3 then 1 then 2 or something

marking hands
1. why not open a editor and enter a quick comment? would be better than "marked for review"

new feature
:
Display Showdown Hands at the HUD maybe like the notes editor. Would be cool to see which hands a opponent had to show and then a click on it show the handhistory or better the replayer
