cant seem to read from PS

Hi there!

I recently bougt a new laptop and installed PT3 on it. I started playing at Full Tilt my first session and reading the hands from there and getting HUD properly was no problem. But then i started playing at PokerStars and i cant get anything from it. It does import hands, and the current active database is the same as the database where I import played hands and observed hands. Processed files are in a seperate folder. No filters are on. How can i get any info from PokerStars? I cant find anything about pokertars on it and im starting to tilt while playing because of this crap lol. Please help.

It sounds like PS isn't configured to save your hand histories properly. Please follow the steps in the PokerStars Configuration Guide and that will walk you through how to set things up properly.

I dont think i explained it properly. I can import hands from PS, PT import them and then move them to processed files folder. But i cant get any info about my hands in PT. When i press the "texas holdem" tab besides the auto-import tab it only shows full tilt stats from my first session. Ive tried to press the "filters" tab, but when i check pokerstars it cant find any limits. So therefor i cant get any info on hands played winnings and so on... Still in need of help :-/

Try clicking the Clear button.

If your own player name isn't showing up, then it sounds like Kraada is right - you probably don't have hand histories being written properly by Stars; you may just have the observed hands being imported by the 'memory scanner' method.

The most likely reason for that is that you don't have the latest version of the PT.

actually, that might be it. I think i installed the version from september. But now i installed the new version, but encountered a new problem. When installing it want to connect to the postgreSQl server, and this requires a password... which i dont have. The last time I just pressed connect with whatever password was default. So..what to do?

Nevermind the last one, i just deleted the database and created new. Ill try to use my new installed PT3 and ill get back if its any issues.

Nope re installed PT3 newest version and new postgreQSL...still the same problem. God damn ive used pt3 on my other computer with no problem, wtf is going on, Every database is correct between PT and PS, and this was my last import:

And the processed files goes to the correct folder, but still the same god damn problem, im gettin pissed.
Disnt tamper with any settings with my new install, only the the folder to where files are read, but they are the same for PT and PS and they do indeed get processed, so anyone have any idea what the hell is goin on? Tnaks guys to anyone who cares

And now i played some on full tilt, and it immediately takes the info from there... this is some seriously messed up shit. I got the excact same setup on PS and Full tilt. Only different hand history folders, wo y do full tilt immediately work and PS not? Havent tampered with any setting besides the HH-folders.... And another problem is that when i start PT3 both the last installation and the newest, like every other time it doesnt open, when i ctlr-alt-del, its not in running programmes, but in processes, and i have to close it and start it over.
