PT3 Not Importaing Hands

I have everything configured properly in both PS and PT3, but for some reason, I hit Auto Import, and it keeps saying 0 files detected. I've created a hand history folder in PS and everything, still doesnt work, it works with Ft just fine, please help!

Is PokerStars actually writing hand history files while you play? (Pokerstars config guide.
Have you configured PT3 to look in the correct folder?

Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PT3 and Pokerstars as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.

Which folder are you trying to write HH files to? Make sure it's just a 'normal' folder on your hard disk, not a subfolder of 'My Documents' or the Desktop as these can sometimes have permission problems too.
