Hi

Does PT3 support Bwin hand history reading and tournament result summary for Bwin?

Yes, though you'll need to use the Beta 23 version if you want tournament support. You can follow the OnGame Configuration Guide to set up BWin properly if it isn't automatically detected.

I already have PT3 beta 3 reading my hand history when playing cash games.

Do I need at new registration code to use PT3 beta 23? Everything both with cash- and tournament statistics are working with ongame/bwin using new version right?

They should be; just download and install Beta 23 (without PostgreSQL) directly on top of your current Build 3 installation. Your registration code will still be recognized and you won't need to re-enter it and everything should work fine.

Hi

I have upgraded to beta23, and I can see my name in tournament list. But the statistics is not correct and I can not see my position and ROI. According to PT3 I have played one tournament 30/12-08, and stats are missing: http://img227.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... entcw7.jpg

Here is my actual activity 30/12-08: http://img132.imageshack.us/my.php?imag ... ultgf6.jpg

Can you help?

If you play in a new tournament while auto-importing are the hands imported?

Does that tournament display correctly afterwards?

1: If you play in a new tournament while auto-importing are the hands imported? No, not all of them. Have tried with a new database.

2: Does that tournament display correctly afterwards? No, and it only show some of the tours even though the statistics in the bwin software show all results.

Besides that PT3 wont auto import from database.db. I'll have to switch to beta 3 to make auto import function work.

You should be able to use Beta 23. If you're running Windows Vista, make sure that you're running PT3 and your OnGame client as administrator (right click the program icons -> run as administrator).

Please try to clear your OnGame database file. To do so, select OnGame in the site list on the auto-import tab and go to the "OnGame Configuration" tab in PT3 and choose "Clear databases now". Start auto-import and start playing and see if that works better.

I use windows xp sp3.

When I clear database the hand history auto read functions works for a while and then stop again.

I saw I used beta 21. Does it cause the problem?

There has been some fixes for OnGame in both Beta 22 and Beta 23, so I'd definitely advice upgrading to Beta 23 to see if that resolves your issues.
