That should be all you need to do. Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

1. Is it recognizing the table as 6-max? PT-icon -> Configure Stats; it tells you the table size in the title bar.
If it's not recognized as 6-max either PT-icon -> Treat As 6-max or enable the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' option on the auto import tab and it should recognize them automatically.

1. I'm not sure if it recognized the 6-max table as such, but I think so. I know that I have the "adjust...." option checked in the auto import tab already. I don't play those very often, but next time I do I'll make a point to see whether or not the HUD recognizes it in the first place, and we'll go from there, I guess.

Follow Up: I have the "adjust" option checked in the Cereus config box, and I have made a point to "tell" the HUD to treat 6-max tables as such, and while the correct set of stats does appear next to the appropriate players, whenever a hand goes to showdown and the HUD shows cards, they appear in the wrong seats (seems like always off one spot either to the left or the right). I have UB set up so that I always sit at the middle-bottom (South) seat, but I don't know if that's seat 3 or 4 as far as PT3 is concerned -- maybe that's the problem?? Can you help me out with that, please?

I know is not a bug, but any timeframe for fixing the tourney stats ?
for example (as you can see in the picture),
-rebuys are not counted.
-when you play a sat, if you make it, only show as "sat seat won", but net won still negative

Also, a few times i got this error

this is a $16 9man sng, as you can see there is a "player 0" (10 players total), with no name and no stats
also when this error happend, there is always a REAL player with a sat seat won

You may need to adjust the mucked hand locations once. Go into the HUD Options tab of the Hud Configuration and tell the mucked hands to display for a significant period of time (say 30 or 45 seconds). Then the next time you see a showdown, right click the cards and drag them to where you want them to display. Then PT Icon --> Save Layout. Continue in this fashion until you've moved the mucked cards for all seats to the right spots, and then it should work properly from then on.

Did you create the support ticket? Just put that link in the support ticket and we'll take it from there.

Could you please zip up and attach the hand histories and tournament summary from the $16 9man SnG that is importing improperly to a support ticket? That will help us figure out what's going on here and get it fixed.

I know there are also plans to fix the rebuy/satellite issue but I'll poke the appropriate person to try and give it a boost in priority.

I agree that seems likely, but having the summary in a ticket will ensure that this gets fixed.

Since i checked the Adjust Qualifying tables limits i have some problems with the hud.

Example : i play on 4 tables, on 2 of them the hud doesn't appear. On this table, i have only the icon for "saving layout, treat as ...."
I stop the auto import and then restart but it's the same.

Also, sometime, the hud blocks my poker software (party poker). I have to kill the "PokertrackerHud.exe" processus.
