Importing Issue on FTP

did a datamining session (about 24hrs long), and was noticing these errors popping up at the tail end of it. so i closed down all tables, restared PT, and began a session. everytime PT fires to import, these damn errors pop up (1 for every hand PT tries to import...which is a lot firing every 2 minutes while 16tabling).

i run everything as admin (PT, FTP, PAHUD, FTSC)

I was using 2.16.03g, then upgraded to 2.17.01g when these errors werent going away. it looks like the window is tryying to write everything as PostSQL...but my computer is unable to convert to PostSQL (i got Vista the first week it came out, and they wont let me upgrade without payying (which i dont feel like doin for this peice of crap computer), and there are lots of bugs that got fixxed in the first few months of Vista...)

any ideas? (heres a screenshot of what is happening. PT isnt even putting the hands in the database, but it is moving them to the "MyWallpapers")
