error import hand...

hi, i a new guest...

PT read my directory of history hand, but when it download that i read this error...
I do a ( Auto / Manual import) but there is a same problem...

what can i do to the right?

Open that particular hand history file and search for that hand number. Examine the hand history to see if something is wrong with it.

Neither PT2 or PT3 supports non-English hand histories.

Set the language in the Full Tilt client to English.

Check if they have an English version of the client to download. If not, you'll need to contact Full Tilt.

There are two language Options on Full Tilt. One is the 'Game Software Language' and the other is the 'Emailed Hand History' language. Make sure that you have set both languages to English and not just the 'Game Software Language'.
