I closed it and reopened it and did not get that error message again. I got a message that the db needed to be updated. I allowed it to update, then did full housekeeping. Now when I play and attempt to import hands, I get this in the "import status" window in red letters...........

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PT is configured to import into an outdated DB. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

Also, every time I open PT3, I get the same stoopid message that I have to update the DB (even tho its already been updated several times).

What do I do?

Exactly the same problem.

It is taking me FOREVER to load all the data. Been going 10 minutes and counting. I tried restarting with no luck.

If the database upgrade fails and you receive a "PT is configured to import into an outdated DB" error...

Then your previous database was more than likely corrupted and probably was negatively affecting your past performance. Please read:

Build 4: Update Outdated Database for steps on how to resolve the issue and properly update your database for Build 4.

Best regards,

Is Microgaming one of the two new sites supported with the next beta release? Thanks.

Yes, I believe Microgaming is planned to be one of those two new sites.

In fact, after 3 DB updates and house keepings, I do not have any problems for the moment.
