How many tournament players do you have? If you have a lot of players it can take a while.
Did you run full housekeeping to make sure the database is in good order and the cache is up to date? You should do this after updating to Build 4.
If it still doesn't work for you after that, Please
enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Make sure you leave it to run for a long time.
