agreed. these programs can only go so far as to really tell you how bad you are running.

also I am having a problem with some of these calcs:

I had a hand where me and another player had AA vs KK pre. We were ~800 deep at 2/4 for a total pot of $1659, our equity is 81.9% but our expected win is only $531.48. My win was $831, and that times 0.819 is $680.59. What am I missing here?

I also have another hand where I am 465$ deep with KK vs AQs. My expected win is calculated as $171.71; there is no way this number is correct.

You didn't post exact numbers so I'll approximate:
You invested $800 in a $1600 pot and had 80% equity right? 80% of $1600 is $1280 which is your expected win but to calculate your expected profit you need to subtract your investment in the pot, in this case, $800 so $1280 - $800 = $480.

As for multi street EV, I have no plans to add that.

Ok what you said makes sense, and yes these are allin pre so no multistreet. But I still dont understand how my expected wins are so small. I find it hard to believe that in my other example, AQs vs KK pre with 70% equity with 465$ effective stacks, my expected win is less than 200$.

EDIT: NVM Im getting these calcs now. What I did is just 456(0.684)-465(1-0.684), which equals the expected value in the program. I guess I under appreciate just not getting sucked out on. :)

First, let me say that your app is awsome, i liked it very much, and i find it extremly helpful, because i can find these hands where i lucked bad on someone, which i tend to forget otherwise...

But, after i updated to v. 0.13, it didn't work for me annymore. I too had the "numerous invalid pot size"-bug, tried to recalculate hands, didn't help. maybe the problem was, i overslept some verisons, and updated directly from 0.10 (or something like that) to 0.13. Now im using 0.12, and it works again.

I wanted to suggest to add a graph alone for equity. Because i also want to see, where i let myself to get drawn in unprofitable allins, and where i can avoid it... I can judge this, to a degree, with the "expected" graph, but this is not so objective because of the defferent pot sizes (i play tourney mostly)

It seems the same bug I have encountered.

See here for details.

I'm still stuck for that bug and I couldn't find the configuration files untill now.

I am not understanding what the ICM line means exactly. I looked through all the posts but did not find anything. Sorry if it has already been explained elsewhere.

Thanks.
