OK, so we have to permanently adjust our system clock to prior to 1/27/09 to use PAHUD now?

No, if you reset your clock to now, then input your registration code once via the Help --> About window it should work properly at this point.

Open PAHUD. Click Help --> About. This will bring up a box in which you can enter your registration code. Enter your registration code there and PAHUD will register properly at this point.
