Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to reproduce this problem then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket and we'll make sure this gets fixed.

i clear the database after every session but there seem to be always some hands which dont get imported
i realized that today because the "amount won" showed a wrong number, then i checked it for the last days and there its the same problem

There are some problems with the OnGame hand history/database file - there can be a delay writing hands so you need to leave the lobby open and the import running for a while after you finish playing. We've also seen cases of hands not being written to the file at all - if this happens there is nothing PT3 can do about it but you may be able to request the missing hands from OnGame.

1. Pt3 doesnt move processed files to processed folder. So everytime you start autoimport its processing old hands again.

+1

Get back this functionality or add possibility to change this option by user. If people don't need to move files, they can uncheck "Move processed files to" checkbox. It's very uncomfortable to always click "Clear Dtabase Now" button.

This wasn't something we did because we thought people would like it better; the other method resulted in hands not getting imported, and people having some pretty nasty problems with the hands moving. It didn't affect everyone, obviously, but it affected enough that we thought it better to revert to this functionality and ensure that at least all hands got imported that were written to the file.

Very bad. In result, we have option to move processed files, but it does't work!
How i wrote above, User can decide to uncheck "Move processed files to..." and use 'Clear Database Now', if want.
Also what I can to do if I want to save processed files to backup directory. Early I can move files to backup directory and when db crash can reload all hands from backup directory, but now I must copy files manually.

The "Move Processed Files to" option is global; that Preferences tab is for all auto importing. PT3 will still move the processed files for all other networks, just not OnGame.

Why can't I decide move files or not???

Because if it still moved the file eventually the right circumstances would arise and OnGame wouldn't write a new file and you'd lose hands. We did not want to set it up so that you would ever lose any hands because of PT3's actions so we removed the ability to move that file automatically from within PT3.

I must decide move files or not, not you!, especially if this affect only ongame and what about this:
