Selective export will be available in the next Beta version which should be out in the not too distant future. Once selective export is available you could export all ongame hands to a specific directory then once a week (or so) export all new hands (there are date filters on the selective export) from OnGame in the time frame and then you'll have a backup of all of your newly played hands.

1.When you add posibility to see winning percentage in "hand replayer" like is in PT2?
2. When you add background transparency of HUD stats(not digit transparency, like now) (also done in PT2)?

I wish I had a more specific time frame for you. Right now we have several new features in the most recent alpha testing version but there are some issues; the HUD on the replayer is only showing stats from one database for some people, and it's not working properly when bringing up the replayer from some reports for others, etc. Obviously we don't want to release the beta with such large known problems, so we need to get these things fixed first. I'm hopeful that it will be within the next few days, but as much as I'd like to, I can't promise anything.

Adding winning percentage is a planned feature, though I don't think it will be in the next beta version. In the next Beta version there will be HUD stats on the replayer though, which has been a highly requested feature.

Adding a transparent background to the HUD is a much more involved procedure. I know it's a planned feature, but I'm not certain how soon it will be available, either.

One more question: on Hud stats, when stats window popup...
for example, I have stat PFR:
Preflop Raise 14
where 14 - is percentage, but i also want to know how much times this was happens. I know that i can move mouse on this digit, wait a second and then popup hint, where i can see it, but
How can I do popup stats to have :
Preflop raise 14(2/11)
where (2/11) - two times from eleven. (like is in PT2)
if i have this I don't need to wait for hint.

You can't do that with a default stat at the moment, but you could build a custom stat that would display in this fashion. See the showing number of opportunities section in this post for an explanation of how to set this up.
