Could you attach a hand history with that player in it to a support ticket? I thought we'd taken care of him (and it's possible that we did in the most recent alphas, which would mean that in the next beta that comes out he'd be fixed), but I'm not 100% sure.

I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to purge an individual hand?

You can't purge individual hands (and never will be able to) - the smallest thing you can purge is a whole session. This is because every hand is tied to the session results/stats for every player involved in the whole session.

What you can do is purge the indvidual session then edit the hand history file to remove the hand and re-import it.
Make sure you have the hand history file before you purge, and export it if not.
You will need to update to Beta 26 for selective purge.
