Without being able to see the window to know what you are talking about I have no idea what the problem is. Click on a hand in the "Games Played During Selected Tournament" section and use the down arrow key to move from hand to hand.

that didn't work either. Sounds like I'm stuck. If so, thanks anyway for trying.

Does it go through any of the hands when you use the down arrow or does it stay on the first hand at the top? If it goes through some hands and then it just stops then it's at the bottom of the list, there are no more hands for that tournament to display.

It just says "game # #### two handed" and doesn't let me see anything but the heads up.

I tried it with another tourny that I played today and although PT loaded all of the hands - as indicated by HUD and also the position stats tab - I can not view that tourny from start to finish. What it allows me to see is level VII to level X when I busted out. The arrows only scroll through those levels. In the tourny that I originally wrote you about it only allows me to scroll through the last four levels when we were heads up. As I said earlier, I'm certain that all of the hands were imported into PT because of info received from Hud and also PT in the hand count.

On the Tourney Notes tab, select the tournament from the list in the second data section.
At the bottom of the window, in the "Hands from selected tournament" section, click the little "r" button at the top-left corner of that section to open the replayer window.
On the replayer window, at the top-left, open the dropdown list that shows all the game #'s. Are you able to see more hands in this list?

Yahooo, it worked. There was only a tiny sliver of the “r” button visible but I clicked on it and there’s the whole tournament. I really admire and appreciate your commitment to getting things fixed, Pat. I was ready to quit yesterday but you tenaciously stuck with it and resolved the problem. Thanks much.

Are you using some huge screen resolution or fonts or something? I don't know why else you wouldn't be able to see the rest of the window...or at least the scrollbars that would allow you to scroll the window down to see the bottom of it.

Yes I am using larger screen resolution but not huge. By the way no matter how many times I click each button I cant get it to start at the first blind 10- 20 and move forward. The top of the list is the last hand played and if I click play whole tourny it plays from there backwards. I've double clicked and single clicked each tab - game, date, limits etc - and it refused to bring the first hand to the top of the list. It continues to show the last hand at the top and plays backwards.

You need to sort the hands before opening the replayer window. If you can see the column labels for the "Hands from selected tournament" section, click on the Date Played label to sort it so that the first hand is at the top of the list and not the last.
