I also am having the same problem. Everything is working fine until I try to filter back before March 1. Then it will not populate. Please help.

I manually update, through prompting, all programs including anti virus software programs. All of my filters are clear and it's still not populating.

Hi, i forgot to make housekeeping earlier:-(( and now program wrote me:
"There were error during housekeeping process: unable to execute query: cluster;;reason: fatal error (ERROR:row is too big:size 42208,maximum size 8160)".
How can I solve my problem? I any way to success? Thank you for advice(s).

Please enable logging, run housekeeping and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
