Found Temporary Fix for Populating Problem

Postby shogun » Sun Mar 08, 2009 9:20 pm

Just figured out an easy to fix the populating problem. In your filters add the "since a date" filter and enter any date previous and everything works again. I just set mine back from Jan 1 it works fine now! :D

OK I also noticed that you cant go back any further than the last daylight savings time. I can go as far as Oct 1 but when i try Sept 1 it doesn't work. I can't remember the exact day in September but i would bet money if someone tried this to the day it would work out that way.

I tried it again and it's defiantly working fine for me. When I remove it, it goes back to being stuck on populating. MAKE SURE you don't go back beyond October 2008 or you will overlap the last daylight savings time change and it will get stuck again.

You're right. That did it. Thank you. It's got to be daylight savings time that caused it. At least now we can use PT while they work on a patch for the problem.

The key is to definitely not click on your General tab... I managed to purge my database and restore it by loading hand histories...

I can at least use my HUD now :)

This isn't working for me, but this is my first time trying filters so maybe I did it wrong, although now it does say "played since november 1 2008". Also, going to the general tab doesn't crash anything for me, but it won't load either. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
