pt2 doesn't import hand from Betfred

HI!I have installed pt2 version 2.17.03d in my new hard disck. I receved a new registration code. Now pt2 can't import hand history from Betfred (C:\Poker\Betfred Poker\History\MIKYJAZZ\Table); this message appear: " No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.". What can i do?

Are you using Vista?
Have you checked that folder to see if there are even any files there? If there were, PT would have processed them.

Hi!I have windows xp...Now i have checked the folder but there isn't nothing!!!what can i do?

Contact the site you are playing at to find out how you are supposed to get the hand histories saved to the hard drive.
