Im getting an errow code with pt2 and pto

I get the first window when I open either tracker and then I get the 2nd window when I try to import hands. What can I do about this? They were working perfectly yesterday.

It means the PostgreSQL service isn't running. Restart the computer and try it again. If you still get the same error, go to the Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services window. Find PostgreSQL in the list, try to start it. Does it give an error? If so, what is it?

Go to the c:\program files\postgresql\8.3\data folder. Is there a file called postmaster.pid there? If so, delete it and then try to start the service.
