hey just imported my hands from entraction (noiq)

the limits are shown in euros such as "€1 NL (6max)" but the amount won is shown in dollars. This wouldnt be much of a problem if the amounts werent insanly high!! I know for a fact that I havent won as much as is shown. It shows winrate of 121 ptBB/100 which is a bit too much

There is currently no currency conversion done, but this will be added.
The BB/100 is based purely on the numeric value, not the currency, so that shouldn't have any effect.
How many hands have you played for that winrate? And how much have you won, what was the BB..?

Amount won should be at +€378 if it'd be correct.

I got to say that I manually importet some HH files twice so there were duplicates. Could that have anything to do with it?

i used PT3 yesterday during 3 hours on on game (tournaments ) and never the PT icon appeard on my screen.My hands were well imported !!
can you help me ?

"Duplicates" are not imported, so that's not it.
Please zip the hand history files (export them first if you don't still have the original HH files, right click -> Send to Compressed Folder) and attach them to a ticket on the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

No, but if you purge the sessions you can re-import them from the original hand history files. (If you don't still have them, export them first.)

If this is from yesterday, then it's not related to Beta 26, is it?
Please post things like this in their own thread in the tech support forum.
The OnGame software does cause problems. Make sure that it is INSTALLED in English, not just writing hand histories in English.
PT3 HUD FAQ

You may also want to try resetting the ongame DB file - close all your OnGame tables and wait for auto import to stop updating (OnGame lags behind writing hand histories).
Stop auto import and close OnGame down then open the OnGame Configuration tab and click "Clear Databases Now" (this won't affect PT3 at all). Then restart Ongame and import.
