Guys, this is really annoying. After several hints that pt3 does not recognize 6max-tables - notwithstanding the corrections in severeal update announcements - u kindly told me how to fix it by editing the config file myself.
Now, after updating to the latest version, its a mess again, all "spee" tables not being designated as sixmax. Why dont you just open the Everest lobby, write down all 6max tables (NL AND PLO AND FL) and fix it?

Thanks, I'll make the development team aware of the "Spee" tables.
We have all the shorthanded tables that we're aware of added, but if Everest add new tables they don't tell us about them..

We're aware that some pots are getting missed.
For now, you can run a manual import of the gamehistory.dat file after the session, but if you could please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a session on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system that will help us work out why.

of course, that should read "speed" tables. hm, these tables have existed for at least one and a half years now, just open the everest lobby to find all the sixmax tables.

I installed b26 and the default HUD layout was used instead of the one I had been using. A lot of us use pretty complicated HUD layouts, and I hope most of the users backed up those layouts. I did, but to no avail? You have changed the filename extension so I don't even see my old layout in the import window. If I change the extension on my old layout and try to import it again I get a file header error. Again ... please tell me you didn't destroy months of my work! I'm not in love with the idea of playing .02/.04 limits for hours so I can see my layout. What ever happened to the layout generator you used to have years ago?

A brief history of my installations: I'm using Release 4 because there were some problems with b25, so I'm trying to upgrade from Release 4 to b26 (skipping b25)

The positions of your HUD groups are lost as a consequence of adding the Profiles, but the Groups themselves should remain the same.
You will need to reposition your stats as a one-time thing.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this is necessary for the introduction of Profiles, which give you much more control over HUD setup and lay the groundwork for more config options to come.

The positions aren't the problem. The problem is that there are custom statistics in the layouts that I had backed up. Some of those statistics are ones that I created in the "Custom Statistics" area and were not visible in the statistics list in the HUD configuration menues. I'm not sure if you're familier with that particular bug in PT3 but I found a work around with krada's help. See my bug tickets. Needless to say, not only do all of my old layouts have to be recreated from scratch but since they won't load under b26, so do all of the custom stats. The only solution seems to be to go beat my head against the wall ... it feels sooooo good when I stop.

I have a problem with Entraction network PT3 stats. I exported my hand history from pt2 and read it into pt3. All the hands came in nicely, but there is a huge difference in the amount won numbers between pt2 and pt3. For example, I have 4891 hands in NL0,50 (6max). PT2 shows (correctly) that the amount won is 211,77, but according to PT3 the amount won is 2364,32. I went through a couple of sessions, and found some false numbers in the amount won. For instance in one hand that I had won, there was a pot size of 14,99 and still the amount won showed 22,61 profit for me.

Are you aware of this problem, and is there some way I can fix this?

We're aware of this issue, but please attach a few hand histories which show this problem to a Support ticket to help get this fixed.
Thanks.
