I mean HUD did show hero's and Player 4's hand correctly but not Player 5's mucked hand. I was not able to edit my post anymore for some reason.

I don't know if this has already been reported but HUD doesn't show opponents' mucked cards in Entraction network. Mucked cards can be seen from handhistory files that poker client saves to hard disk.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
When you see a hand that you should have seen mucked cards please note the hand number or time and hole cards or something so that we can identify the time.
Include the hand history file for the session too.
Thanks.

Have you got enough data for fixing the issue with PT3 only importing some of the hands from Microgaming while autoimporting? Or should I log some hands and send them to you?

(if that's needed, how do I do that then?)

And will the issue be fixed for the next beta-update? And do you have a estimated time??

This issue is fixed for the next release. I don't know when that will be, but I don't expect it in the next week or so, possibly longer.

So,

limit conversion is on the "upcomming features" list for rouhgly a year now, right? Not that this is any reason to maybe add it into the next beta, I presume. Despite, btw. the fact, that it was requested a myriad times already and support has promised inclusion into the next beta for ages now.

It is on the list, but it hasn't ever been promised in the next beta.
The development team are adding new features at a pretty good rate now, so hopefully it won't be too long.

I have over 15k hands at the old crypto willhill site and It would be great to get these imported into pt3. Any progress regarding this?

thanks

Rich,

I haven't heard anything specific about progress on Crypo sites, but if you zip up the hand histories and send them to us via the support system it will help when we actually start working on the problem.
