FT Tournaments Imported but Absent from Reports

Title says it all.





This is a list of recent tournaments. Notice the SNG, the $69 tournament and a $26 tournament, all of which seem to have been imported (some automatically some manually). The $69 tournament was the SECOND one I imported into PTS. The first one shows correctly, but...



This is my general tournament report.


Notice the SNG and the 2nd $69 tournament are not there. A $26 tournament from today is missing, too.

If your hands/summaries imported without error then you probably have a filter set that is preventing you from seeing all of the data. Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button.

Sorry, I should have said in the OP that the "Remove all Filters" button had been clicked repeatedly. There were no filters on, I'm certain.

Are you sure they imported without error? You are saying there should be a two $69 tournaments and a $26 and only one of the three is shown in both of the screens you posted. That tells me they weren't imported. Look in you processed folder. Are there hands and tournament summaries there from these two missing events? If so, move the files back to your Full Tilt hand history folder and run the import again. Does that work?

All the hands and summaries were in the processed folder. I imported real time during game play and got no error messages.





I copied all the files from the past 2 days and reimported them, to no avail. See the pictures.

I went File - Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries, then manually selected all the tournament summary files to get this

OK, so the second method imported the summaries, right? If so please email me the three summaries that wouldn't import using the FTP auto-import window. mike_at_pokertracker.com
