Micro Gaming Problems

Hello

The files are not being imported in to PT3 while playing - and the HUD is not opening up.
When re-starting PT3 and Micro Gaming, the files from last session gets imported allright.... but still, there is an issue here.

Please assist...

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

Thank you for a quick reply, but Im not able to send you files from my computer.
So I would appreciate if you could help me directly in this thread and give me a tip to what could be causing this problem. Maybe other PT3 users have experienced similar problems ?

Please check the PT3 Importing FAQ.
If you're not using Beta 27 you should update because an issue related to auto importing from MicroGaming was fixed.
If you have a problem with beta 27 then you will need to send us your log files so we can see what is going on - MicroGaming works fine for me.

I have the same problem as before the fix. I have to restart auto-import for PT3 to load my hands... HUD also only shows stats on 1 table out of 4. It works fine on my labtop but on my desktop its not working. Pretty weird. I have updated cache also and still not working. Im using Beta 27.1

Same here - using Beta 27.1 and everything is updated (Cache, Full Housekeeping etc...).
Import and HUD was working fine on MicroGaming until a few days ago, but now it wont start the HUD and it wont import the hands while playing. Then when re-starting the PT3, it finds the file and the hands from the last session gets imported. But the HUD is not running while playing - and thats a big problem for me.

So it appears to me, its more of a general problem. So I would appreciate to have this solved asap. As mentioned, Im not capable to send you the requested files, Im sorry, but still I need this problem fixed rather quickly.

If you are using Vista make sure everything is still configured to run as administrator.
You must have MicroGaming configured to write hands if they are being imported next time round?

It's working fine for me, though, so if you continue to have problems we will need to see your log files.
What is the problem with sending them?

I have made a support ticket and attached log files from some hands played on Ladbrokes. HUD not showing, or only at one table when multitabling but not being updated. And I need to restart autoimport for PT3 to load my hands.

Nice! Just solved the problem myself I think... I just renamed the GameHistory.dat file in the pokersite folder, reopened the site and then played a few hands. Then a new GameHistory.dat file is created. And now it works for me
