That's good news - thanks for letting us know.

For future reference, you should use the Clear Databases Now button on the Auto Import tab > MicroGaming Configuration tab.

I have discovered that the HUD problem is more wide spread. Also on Party and Entraction the HUD is not updating and takes a long time to launch. I have set the refresh rate to every 5th hand, but the HUD stays put at whatever number of hands is showed when opened up. If opened up at 85 hands for one player, it stays at this number for a very long time. Some times it never refreshes again, depsite playing 50+ hands. At other times it suddenly updates and adds a lot of hands to the total.

So this is very strange....

Could you please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing until the hands don't update, then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

I had the same problem with Microgaming and can confirm that clearing the database sorted the problem.

it seems Poker Tracker will only import hands already in the database when using autoimport (and won't bring anything else in "live" if there were hands already present).

Easy enough for the user to get working but shouldn't be neccessary really.

I have already posted a ticket, but the problem is that the Hud.log file is empty despite "enable logging" has been active for several days now. To be honest Im quite frustrated as a new PT3 user. I have a very limited computer knowledge, but I thought the PT3/HUD software was a smooth running programme, that did not require in-depth computer knowledge by the user. I think, I have spend more than 10 hours on technical bugs during the last few days. That is very unsatisfactory.

I should spend my time playing poker and not solving technical problems. I think your support is doing a quick and responsible job, but from a users point of view the many technical problems are very annoying. :(

Why cant you make a phone call to me - instead of leaving me with all kinds of technical manouveres, that I have to crack ??
A short phone call could probably solve many simple problems in a much faster and more efficient way.

I hope I have just had an unlucky start as a PT3-user and that the technical bug frequency will shrink in the future. Otherwise Im not sure I have bought the appropriate tracking software product.

We do apologize for these initial problems; we have only had MicroGaming support for the last 5 weeks or so. As a result there are still a few kinks that need to be worked out, but we're confident that we will be able to get them worked out soon and if you work with us in your ticket, we will get you squared away.
