Getting Hand History from Full Tilt and importing to PT3

All, I can't seem to get hand histories from FT. I click the option to save them, but they don't get saved. First, I didn' thave a Hand History directory folder under FT. I tried to create one in the FT program folder, and it didn't work. I then tried to create one on the desk top and i changed the directory in ft to save there... still didn't work.

Has anybody else had this or a similar problem? Should I try to uninstall/reinstall FT? I want to get this working with PT3 which is why I'm posting here. I also plan to buy the HUD if I can get the db working.

Are you running Vista? If so, do you have Full Tilt running as Admin?
