uninstalled/reinstalled...still getting "unable to connect"

uninstalled/reinstalled...still getting "unable to connect"

please check configuration.


Ive done this twice now. I reinstalled post gress, and went all the way through until stack builder which finished properly. what am i doing wrong, because im obviously mentally handicapped.

never mind, im a donk. just followed the tutorial to eliminate password requirement.
