kraada hud popup issue

I'm using kraada's new tournament hud and really like it. I wanted to make a version with the same stats and popup for hero, but only the notes and notes popup for everyone else. So I...

1. copied the kraada tourney profile to a new "Hero Only" tourney profile.
2. deleted regular groups "General Stats" and "Postflop Stats"
3. deleted popup groups "General Stats Popup" and "Postflop Stats Popup"

This leaves regular groups "Hero Only" and "Hands/Notes" and the popup group "Hands/Notes Only".

HUD for villians is fine, just a single nhands / notes button, and the popup stats are as before the mod, but now the popup stats for hero are empty. If I switch back to the kraada tourney profile then the hero popup stats are fine. Any ideas?

Make sure the popup you want linked to the Hero Stats group is linked properly. See this tutorial for details on how to link the popup to the hero group.

It looks fine. Remember, all I did was remove General Stats and Postflop Stats and their associated popups. I didn't touch Hero Stats or Hands/Notes and its associated popup. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe I had this working with Beta 26 and Beta 27 broke it, but don't hold me to that.

I selected the kraada tourney profile and "Duplicate"d it to "Hero Only". It was the General and Postflop Stats and Popups of this "Hero Only" duplicate that I deleted, leaving an untouched Hero Stats and Hands/Notes and H/N Popup.

Hands/Notes Popup, same as for the Hands/Notes group. And the popup is fine for non-heroes.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one tournament and make sure to attempt to open that popup during the tournament. Then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log as well as an exported .pt3hud of your tournament layout to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
