One player not updating

Playing UB on a 10 man SnG. One player "StLouisTim", his stats are not updating or even recording. All other players at the table are otherwise updating as normal. This has happened on 2 separate SnG's now, and his are the only stats that do not update. I have 113 hands on him and it seems I am stuck there. I have checked the history window, and he is coming up. I don't know why his are the only ones not updating.

I am using PAHUD ver. 19.5 beta. I have not changed anything else in the last 6 mo. This player was gone for about 9 months when I collected the other stats on him. I also have Tracker ver.3 beta loaded, but it is not running at the same time as the original tracker.
